October Coalition Meet Up

Join the Minnesota CDFI Coalition and WomenVenture for an October meet-up at The Coven – St. Paul! This is an opportunity for Coalition members to connect over a conversation with Addie Arnold, WomenVenture VP of Administration, and The Coven co-founder Erinn Farrell about space planning and hybrid work models. This in-person gathering is in lieu of the Coalition’s monthly call for October, which would fall during OFN. Lunch will be provided!

About Addie Arnold
Addie began her journey with WomenVenture as a volunteer mentor, quickly falling in love with the organization’s mission to empower entrepreneurs. In her role, Addie oversees human resources, integrated technology, facilities management, and organizational culture. She is passionate about advancing WomenVenture’s internal systems and cultivating a workplace culture that supports innovation, inclusion, and well-being.

Addie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, innovation, and organizational management, and earned her MBA from Colorado State University with a specialization in Sustainable Enterprise. Prior to her current role, Addie held positions in operations, business analysis, and production management, gaining experience in clean energy, small business lending, and startup growth. She is certified in human resources, leadership, data analytics, CRM systems, and is a qualified IDI administrator.

Outside of work, Addie serves as Vice President of the Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association and volunteers with the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management. Addie enjoys spending time outdoors foraging, snowboarding, camping, and hiking. She’s also an avid reader, potter, and enthusiastic supporter of her husband’s band at local venues.

About Erinn Farrell
Erinn Farrell is an entrepreneur, speaker, Co-Founder and Partner at The Coven, one of the first coworking spaces for women, non-binary and trans people in the world. An award-winning, natural born creator and connector with a razor-sharp business mind, her work has garnered dozens of top industry nods including MPLS Business Journal 40 under 40, Gold Effie, The Drum Women Leader, and Interior Design Best of Nomination, as well as international acclaim. She’s a global leader in inclusive interior design and sought-after speaker for her prolific gift of turning environments into high-performing, empathetic spaces that unlock people’s talent and create a joyful ruckus. Erinn’s career spans executive leadership roles at prestigious organizations like space150 and The On Being Project, among others. She graduated with honors from Cornell University, serves as Principal at Erinn Farrell Design and has consulted at Accenture. A lover of people, process and design, Erinn builds and curates spaces that acknowledge, honor and care for their inhabitants. 

At The Coven, Erinn brings the future of work to life in physical and visual form, environments designed to support and shape the next generation of leaders. When she isn’t creating interior spaces and inspiring others, Erinn can be found on adventures with her husband of eighteen years and two children.
