Minnesota CDFIs
More than 40 certified CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders operate in Minnesota, providing capital and support for small businesses, housing development, home ownership, childcare, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, and consumers. MN CDFIs are located in cities, rural communities, and Tribal communities. CDFIs make loans that other lenders consider too risky, investing in the assets and possibilities of people in their communities.
Minnesota CDFI Resiliency and Capacity Fund
Minnesota CDFIs have responded to the unprecedented disruption of federal enforcement actions by extending flexibility in loan terms, partnering on economic relief efforts, and stepping up technical assistance and support.
