2024 Day at the Capitol

Over 30 members of the coalition convened at the Minnesota State Capitol in April 2024 to re-connect with peers and hear from representatives from DEED and Minnesota Housing about programmatic updates impacting CDFIs. Perhaps most valuable was a chance to hear from each attendee about how they are implementing funding received through legislative success in 2023 and their priorities and needs for the upcoming year. Top issues included recertification, the greenhouse gas reduction fund resources, deploying new state funding, and the homeownership investment act.
