Monthly Topical Call – NOAH & Emerging Developers

Part of the Minnesota CDFI Coalition’s work is to provide space for connection and collaboration, and the Monthly Topical Calls are themed along an area of work or interest.

At the end of 2025, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund released a report on pairing emerging developers with small naturally occurring housing development from 2020-2024. Join us in January for a conversation about this report, about housing ecosystem supports, and financing lessons that can be applied across property types.
